PRIVATE PRESCRIPTIONS

Chadwell Heath Surgery does not convert the first Private Prescription into a NHS Prescription. All patients who are given a private prescription by a Consultant would need to buy the medication directly from the Pharmacy.

However, if the medication is to be continued after the first prescription, your GP would then offer a follow up review and add the medication onto your Acute Medication List accordingly.
